After Dark Side of the Moon I Still Hold Fast to my Theories

"Bridge over troubled waters....."

Thoughts about where Show is headed:

Point One

If God wanted Lucifer dead, he’d be dead.

According to Jeremy Carver, he is one of the four posts that holds up the throne of God. Each post held up by an archangel. Problem is, not one of those archangels are at their posts (literally). I speculate that they aren’t going to kill Lucifer. And I think God wants him alive. I think it’s a big God test, and I think God is testing out the concept of free will.

As “Dark Side of the Moon” showed, God is walking the Earth. God does not want to be involved. Someone so eloquently stated that perhaps it’s more about brothers, more about angel brothers and human brothers learning to realize they share one dad in common and even though that experience is not the same, it is still valid for that brother. One has to understand that a different point of view does not mean wrong, nor selfish, it just is. Sounds an awful lot like the message we were suppose to take from “Dark Side”.

Lucifer told Dean that it always would end in that garden. The garden was also shown to be the center of Heaven. If God can forgive Sam and let him enter paradise, then why not Lucifer?

I think the ending might not be as we suspected.

Point Two

Sam and Dean are soul mates. Now that doesn’t mean they are destine to be lovers, it means much more on a spiritual level. I have stated they are two halves of a whole since I began watching this show. I may be proven more than metaphorically correct by show’s end.

"The supreme state of human love
is the unity of one soul within two bodies"

~ Sri Aurobindo

The above quote was written by a spiritual leader a century ago. But it spoke to me because it seems that is the definition of what Sam and Dean are. I’m not sure how this happened, but they complete each other. This must be why they are the one true vessel. This is why the apocalypse had to happen now, the planets were aligned...LOL, no. What was aligned was the combination of souls born to one family. The cosmos had waited for this moment. Only their two souls were not only capable of vesseling the archangels, but the only two capable of healing their broken bonds. The only way there is any hope in reuniting Heaven lies in the perfect cosmic combination of the Winchesters.

I like my theory! I hope I get to squee a lot in May at the finale.

Bloody ***in HOT !

I knew when I chose Sam Winchester as one of my bad boys I did not go wrong! In episode 4.16 "Head of a Pin" Sam drinks Ruby's demon blood to help add to his powers. That might have been hot enough, but in the next scene we see visual proof thatthe blood changes him as his eyes go from light to black!

And finally! OMG! Sammy shows us he's gotthe Force..and it's looking more like the hand of Vader everyday, because Sam can not only use TK and compulsion. He not only can exorcise....he can KILL WITH HIS BRAIN!

Yet, despite the fist of Vader (Sam, uh did you watch Star Wars)? I really wonder if Sam's powers are more angelic in nature and are only being corrupted due to outside influences (angels, Ruby and Dean's fear).

After "It's a Terrible Life" I think that Dean denied Sam and I think that will show up later this season. I have a bad feeling Dean will deny Sam and send him away or break them apart.

So I will wildly speculate:

There are 5 episodes left this season. They are titled

4.18 Monster at the End of This Book

4.19 Jump the Shark

4.20 The Rapture

4.21 When the Levee Breaks

4.22 Lucifer Rising

My personal fav title is when the levee breaks...I'm actually listening to it at the moment. I picture a really pissed looking Sam driving (notice he always looks pissed while driving)?

Here's the specualation:

4.18 Either an angel or the trickster made this odd book series happen. And/or Dean learns he's been wrong all along, there is fate and he can't change it. I don't believe the spoiler that Sam would sell off Dean's soul to Lillith. No, but his own, oh yeh. My spoils for this one are making it hard to guess, best wait out Thursday.

4.19 The brother is real and he is tainted by the Supernatural. He can't go back to normal (like Madison the werewold) and the brothers fight over killing him. Sam and Dean part here.

4.20 We see Castiel's life and the havoc Lillith is rendering. I think the boys will be apart.

4.21 It's gonna be ugly. This is the intervention episode. I don't think Bobby and Dean are going to succeed. I can only imagine what other powers Sammy has up his sleeve! Squee!!!!

4.22 Last seal???? Lucifer actually walks? IDK. But I'm leaning towards Sam being carved into the perfect instrument to defeat him, except I don't think it'll happen this season. I can picture Sam getting badly hurt (eventually they need to pander to those who kink hurt!Sam) and fighting Lucifer could be and should be extremely difficult. So Sam's in the hospital and DEan goes back to the room, but there is no Sam. He's disappeared! Where too, and how? IDK...works for me as a cliffie and you know this cliffie will be HUGE!

So that's my thoughts for now.

I'll leave with an evil!Dean the torturer:

An Early Look at the the Deliciousness that is Zekk

Oh, please, just call him the master already. Look at this dude! Ok, seriously crappy Obi Wan clothes aside, this is a hot man. And look: He's got two hot women in the picture with him!

All I can say is they better be the Hapan twins and this boy better get some action!

Hope he's a bit dirty and a little dark too! That be a plus. The book was due in the spring, but got moved to winter due to some SW bullshit they were slinging about the author not being done. Yeh, right! SW is cool and sucks at the same time.

Still, the book holds delicious promise.

Stupid speculation: Again!

In a show that gives us the “boy with the demon blood” and his brother who spent 10 years as a demon, where exactly might they go next?

I’ve seen this theory bantered about, and so I’m going to take off with it:

Sam’s gonna be Lucifer’s vessel and have to fight him from within. Sam has been groomed since age 6 months to be the best. Forced into hunting as a child and later as an adult, Sam has always been better trained than the other psychic kids. He is best suited to be able to handle the power of being possessed by Lucifer.

But let’s not stop there! Let’s throw a wrench into the plan, one that Lucifer himself might like. What if:

Dean and Sam are apostolic protectors of Lucifer’s grace?

We now know that angels possess the grace of God while they are in their heavenly form, but if they fall, the grace is lost or scattered. So theoretically Lucifer’s grace has to be out there somewhere, and I bet he wants it back. But where do you keep the grace of the number one fallen angel? That’s potent stuff to let fall on some random cornfield in Kentucky. I bet God has it locked up really tight: in the body’s of special living people.

And I’ll speculate one of them is Dean Winchester. And here’s how (and yeh, it’s hokey, but so was Anna’s grace in a vial hanging from Uriel’s neck).

The grace of Lucifer was passed to all the disciples who carry it within their bloodlines and pass it through the generations. It is scattered around the Earth, but not too many ancestors exist who carry it. However, Dean and Sam are the two left with the greatest power, they were descended from Mary Magdalene and Jesus. That’s why God wanted Dean out of Hell because once they are dead and in Hell, Lucifer an reclaim his grace from them. Fortunately, Lucifer needs more than one person’s grace. Though he has captured many over the years, the strongest is of Jesus’ bloodline. And he has never held that grace before. Now, the only two left on Earth with this blood are Sam and Dean. That’s why Mary smelled so good to Azazel, he knew. Lucifer prefers a Christ blood as he will be strongest when he takes the grace from within.

Now who are all the other psychic kids? They are all the apostolic carriers of the grace, purposefully marked by Azazel, tainted so they might go wrong and end up in Hell where Lucifer could get the grace, tainted through a blood rite that opens their earthly bodies to possible possession by Lucifer. There are many psychic kids because it isn’t easy to make it to the finish line and some are also back up for Sammy to be Lucifer’s vessel. But not the favorites. For Sam will have the strongest of abilities and the grace of Jesus’ bloodline inside.

How will Sam beat him? He will be trapped inside with Lucifer and he will have to overcome him. Dean will fight like crazy to save his brother and maybe we’ll have some divine intervention!
Things that happen in each episode are often a foreshadowing of events to come. Good example was the season two episode Crossroads Blues”. Later of course we see Dean make his desperate deal to save Sam. So I think that Anna’s lost grace will also come into play later on. Probably not this way, but it is fun to make guesses.

Dumb Speculation

I suck at Speculation! Suck, I tell ya. But I'm gonna do it any ways....

Somehow, Mary's family made a mistake, a mistake that could destroy Sam. It's said that the actions are heartbreaking. All I can think is that Mary's family could only guarantee the safety of one child. Maybe Mary and John tried to only have one kid, so he'd be safe, but Sam came along anyway. And Mary was sorry, because only one boy could be under the angels' protection.

But why would that crap happen?

Tomorrow I get the feeling we might find out.

Until then I can only speculate that Mary's dad maybe made a deal with a demon (why?) that lasted 10 years. It's 1973 in the episode and Sam was born in 1983. We know the demon grabs Mary, but why? Can Mary see angels in their true form?

I also get the feeling that John was a normal guy caught up in Mary's crazy world, could there be more to why he isn't good enough for Mary? Could she have Sam's powers?

I still think psychic kids are born with gifts. I think the demon interferred or tried to take control with the blood baptism.

I think no matter what the story is Dean and Sam (but Dean especially) will say Fuck Destiny! He's my brother. I'm praying that love wins and saves the day as it has in some of my favorite stories: A Wrinkle in Time and Star Wars.

So...will it be the Highway to Heaven?

or..the Highway to Hell

Things Poised to Happen

Lumiya hints there are other Sith.

The whole Korriban thing

Jaina is free of Zekk and Kyp, yet both respect her and are friendly, the relationships are still in tact.

Potential Imperial Knights, potential alliances to fight Jacen, potential loved ones to die and change the character

Jacen has his own SSD. That took only three books, wow!

Battle meld ala Palpatine

Luke isn’t falling for Jacen’s charms

“Jedi vs. Sith” round whatever….

Jacen nearly looses an eye to Aurra Sing

Couldn’t help but think of Krayt’s fake eye

Ben wears Yuuzhan Vong inspired armor

Couldn’t help but think of Krayt’s armor and that worried me…what if Ben becomes Krayt? That’s one Sith turn that would make me mad and sad.
